Our dedicated team have a proven track record for delivering a professional service from pre-tender to completion in all areas including soft-strip, asbestos removal, demolition, civil engineering, ground-works, site clearance & bulk excavation.  The business operates with appropriate liability insurance cover that is specific to all trade & project specific requirements.  New machinery & equipment is purchased with a view to achieving optimal efficiency & effectiveness; thus ensuring our client’s timescales, budgets & objectives are being fulfilled.  In addition, we only employ trained & experienced staff in order to ensure that work is completed accurately & competently.

North Beds Limited is committed to protecting the environment and maintain a high proportion of material recycling with approximately 90% of the matter produced on site being reprocessed; subsequently reducing landfill to a minimum.

Crushing & Screening

North Beds Limited are specialists in all areas of mobile contract crushing & screen services throughout the East of England and the UK.  We are fully aware that the geographical location of some worksites can significantly impact the project budget when the purchase & haulage of aggregates is required from remote suppliers.  Therefore, a viable & cost effective alternative is to deploy a crusher & screen combination on-site. 

Our construction plant & skilled workforce been carefully selected in order to maximise productivity whilst recognising that flexibility is necessary in order to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our clients.  Using large excavators & breakers alongside modern crushing & screen equipment, we separate, resize & recycle all types of aggregate for use on-site or for resale to third parties in line with project requirements.

Plant Sales

North Beds Limited specialise in the purchase and resale of used plant & equipment in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
We buy individual machinery or multiple items of second-hand plant & equipment. Immediate payment terms can be arranged, subject to relevant inspections.
Plant and equipment can be sourced to order depending on the customers individual requirements. 

We buy:

Excavators:  1 tonne, 3 tonne, 5 tonne, 8 tonne, 11 tonne, 13 tonne, 14 tonne, 21 tonne & 25 tonne - any age, any hours considered.
Loading shovels:  all makes and sizes from 10 tonne to 30 tonne machine weight, 3 tonne to 10 tonne bucket capacity - any age, any hours considered.
Dump trucks:  15t, 20t, 25t, 30t, 35t & 40t - rear tipping, site dumptrucks - all makes and sizes - any age, any hours considered.
Telescopic forklifts:  all sizes - any age considered.
Dumpers:  skip loaders, forward tipping, swivel and straight tip - all sizes including 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 6t, 7t, 9t & 10t.

Vibrating rollers:  all sizes, twin drum, single drum, sheepsfoot and trench.
Diesel bowsers: 500 litres up to 5000 litres.
Hydraulic breakers to fit excavator 1.5 tonne up to 30 tonne.
